Screen Control Problems

Verification Method / Countermeasures
There is no response
even if you touch the
touch panel.
Take the following countermeasures.
If the product does not respond even if you touch the screen, take
the following countermeasures.
1. Wait one minute and touch the touch panel again.
2. If the product still does not respond, unplug the power plug from
the outlet and wait 10 seconds.
3. Plug the power plug into the outlet and turn the power on.
