Replacing Roll Paper with Roll Paper
When replacing roll paper with roll paper, such as when replacing with a different type (label, size, etc.)
of roll paper, follow the steps below.

Verify that the power of the product is on.

Pull the release lever to open the roll paper cover, and remove the roll
paper.
When changing to paper of a different paper type (fine paper to/from normal paper) or label
type (die cut label to/from full-page label), you need to also change the printer settings
using the printer driver. For details on how to change the settings, see "Setting the Media
Position Detection" on page 161.
If there is no change in paper width, you can skip steps 3 to 5 and steps 7 to 9.
