Preparing to Print From
Folder
Use Remote Manager to configure the shared folder
settings as shown below.
Remote Manager is included in the software installed in
the network interface of the printer.
A
Start a web browser on a tablet terminal or
computer connected to the printer via the
network.

Enter the IP address specified for the printer in
the address bar, and then press the Enter key or
the return key.
If any of the following options is installed,
proceed to step 3.
❏ MFP scanner
❏ Hard disk unit
❏ Adobe PostScript 3 expansion unit
If they are not installed, proceed to step 4.

In the screen that is displayed, click Remote
Manager.

Open the Setup tab screen, and then click Shared
Folder in the menu on the left side of the screen.

Procedure to Print From
Folder
The procedure to Print From Folder from the operation
panel is described below.
Buttons that are used in the following settings
A
Confirm that the printer is ready to print. Press
the l/r buttons to select , and press the Z
button.
The Print Queues menu is displayed.
B
Press the d/u buttons to select Print From
Folder and press the Z button.
Only Print From Folder is displayed if an
optional hard disk unit or Adobe PostScript 3
Expansion Unit is not connected.
A list of the files in the shared folder appears after
a short while.

Press the d/u buttons to select a file to print and
press the Z button.
The print settings screen is displayed.
D
Press the d/u buttons to set the number of
copies. Press the Z button to start printing.
If the optional hard disk unit or Adobe PostScript
3 Expansion Unit is not installed, the number of
copies is fixed at 1.
To change the paper source, press the Menu
button to display the Setting menu. On the
SC-T7200D Series/SC-T5200D Series you can
select Roll 1, Roll 2, Roll Auto, or Cut Sheet.
