5. Click
OK to continue.
6. If you’re on a standalone Macintosh and using the Apple
PrintMonitor, you can turn on background printing. This
frees up your application while you’re printing. If you’re on
a network server you may want to speed up printing by
leaving background printing turned off.
7. Click
Setup so the software can automatically select the
correct PostScript Printer Description (PPD) file and
install it in the System Extensions folder. You see a dialog
box like the one below displaying the name of your printer:
8. If the name is correct, click
OK. If it is incorrect, click
Select PPD. You see a dialog box like the following:
