1. Check Ink Cartridge connection.
2. Verify the Ink Cartridge is a starter cartridge.
3. Replace Ink Cartridge.

1. Secure paper lever.
2. Start up maintenance mode 2.
3. Counter initialize menu ---> Initialize RTC, input date.
4. Turn off.
