5.1.1 Adjustment Items for Individual Units and
Components
The adjustment items for this product are as indicated below. When performing any of
these adjustments, be sure to execute all the related items so that this product operates
normally.
Note “*1”: Before replacing the Main Board, check to see if the data in EEPROM can be read
out. (Backup operation) When the data in EEPROM can be read out, the following
items of adjustments are not necessary.
•Head ID
• Head angular adjustment
• Bi-D adjustment
• PW ajustment
•USB ID
• 1st dot position adjustment
• Calorific limitation input

check pattern printing and check the adjusted values of the printer
again.
