4. If the EEPROM is normal condition, following message is displayed. Click the “OK”
button to start the EEPROM back up function.

In case the following message is displayed, the EEPROM back up function is
disable. Click the “OK” button to proceed the Step 9) to input the necessary data to
the new main board manually.

5. When the EEPROM back up is completed, following message is displayed.
Replace the defective main board with new one by following the message and click the
“OK” button after the replace the Main board.

6. Turn on the printer and click the “Load on EEPROM “to copy the EEPROM back up
data to the new main board. It takes about 30 seconds to complete the EEPROM data
copy.

7. When the EEPROM back up data is copied successfully, following message is
displayed and the necessary service items for Main board replacement is completed.
Click the “Menu” button to exit this program.

8. Click the “Get status” and check the Waste drain ink pad counter in this function. If the
waste drain ink pad counter is around the limit counter, replace the pad and reset the
counter according to the customer request.
