Replace IC6,

of trapezoidal from IC2.

abnormal.

IC2 is dead. Check the output
waveform of at 55, 56,
57, 58 pin of IC2.
Replace IC2
IC15 is dead. Check the output
waveform of at 6, 7, 8, 9
pin of IC15.
