ASSEMBLY POINTS

● If you have replaced the MAIN board, take the weight of the wasted ink drain ink tank and replace
it if the weight exceeds 240g.
● If you have replaced the MAIN board, reset the wasted ink tank replacement counter before
making the following adjustments.
REQUIRED ADJUSTMENT ITEMS
If you have replaced the printer mechanism, make the following adjustment in the specified sequence.
(1) Printhead drive voltage adjustment (Refer to section 4.4.)
(2) Print position adjustment (Refer to section 4.5.2.)

Remove the housing. (Refer to section 3.2. 1.)
Remove the printer mechanism. (Refer to section 3.2.4.)
Disconnect the connector CN4 on MAIN board.
Unscrew the 3 screws
