The foIlowing few pages describe the paper feeding method in relation to the paper feeding insertion.
Top Entrance
The top entrance is used in the friction feed method. The paper inserted through this entrance is
detected by the rear PE sensor (DETECTOR
ASSY., REAR).

Rear Entrance
The rear entrance is used in the tractor feed method (Push tractor method or Push-pull tractor method).
The paper inserted through this entrance is detected by the rear PE sensor (DETECTOR
