4.3 TIMING BELT TENSION ADJUSTMENT

This adjustment is to change the tension of the timing belt to a proper level.

this adjustment is not

performed properly,

bi-directional

printing settings will be interfered.

This adjustment is required when you loosened the timing belt for disassembling or assembling the

printer or when the

bi-directional

print position cannot be aligned.

[Step 1] Center the carriage.

[Step 2] Loosen the 3 screws

[Step 3] Engage the tensiOn gauge to the hook of the MOUNTING PLATE

ASSY., PULLEY, DRIVEN and
