Caution: Do not touch the rollers, ink absorbing areas, or ink tubes shown here or you may damage
the printer.
6. Close the front cover.
7. Turn the printer off and back on again.
8. Cut the edge of the roll paper straight horizontally, then reload the roll paper.
Note: Make sure to cut off any jagged or folded sections of paper.

Cut Sheet Paper Jam Problems
If cut sheet paper has jammed in the printer, follow the steps here to clear the jam.
1. Open the front cover.
Caution: Do not touch the ribbon cable inside the printer.
