Setting Options Description
Maintenance Alert Disable No alerts are set.
Ink The alert light flashes when
ink is low.
Maintenance Box The alert light flashes when
Maintenance Box 1 or 2 is
full.
Ink or Maint Box The alert light flashes when
ink is low or Maintenance
Box 1 or 2 is full.
Paper The alert light flashes when
roll paper or cut sheets are
running low, or when Roll
Paper Remaining or Cut
Sheet Remaining is set to
on.
All The alert light flashes when
ink is low, a maintenance
tank is full, or paper is
running low.
Sleep Mode 5 to 210 minutes Selects the interval before
the printer enters sleep
mode. The default is 15
minutes.
Power Management Power Off
Timer
Disable Chooses if the printer turns
off automatically when it is
idle. The default idle time is 8
hours.
Enable
Time to Off 1 to 24 hours
