A CD/DVD Tray error occurs when
attempting to print on a CD or DVD
even though the CDR Tray is properly
attached.
CD-R Tray 1. Check if the contact portion of the CDR Tray Sensor on
the CDR Tray is broken.
1. Replace the CDR Tray Sensor with a new
one.
Tray Sensor Lever 2. Check if the Tray Sensor Lever and the Torsion Spring
2.8 are properly engaged.
2. Engage the Tray Sensor Lever and the
Torsion Spring 2.8 properly.
