The name card insertion error occurs at
power-on.
PE Sensor 1. Check if the PE Sensor cable is correctly connected to
CN4 on the Main Board.
1. Correctly connect the PE Sensor cable to
CN4 on the Main Board.
2. Check if the PE Sensor is damaged. 2. Replace the PE Sensor with a new one.

Even though a name card is properly
loaded in landscape orientation, the card
edge cannot be sent to the PF Roller.
PW Sensor 1. Check if the PW Sensor FFC is correctly connected to the
connectors on the PW Sensor and the CR Encoder Board.
1. Correctly connect the PW Sensor FFC to the
connectors on the PW Sensor and the CR
Encoder Board.
2. Check the PW Sensor FFC for any damage. 2. Replace the PW Sensor FFC with a new one.
3. Check the PW Sensor for any damage. 3. Replace the PW Sensor with a new one.
Main Board 1. Check if any of the elements on the Main Board is
damaged.
1. Replace the Main Board with a new one.
