(4) Peel force of the cover tape トップテープの剥離強度
(a) angle : cover tape during peel off and the direction of unreeling shall be 165 to 180 .
剥離角度：テープの接着面に対し 165～180 度とする。
(b) peel speed : 300 mm/min
剥離速度：300 mm/min とする。
(c) peel strength : 0.1～1.0 N
