Message Broadcasting

• Select Folder to distribute all JPEG files in the specified folder.

• Select Text to distribute a text message.

Select the necessary settings.

• When you select File, select Browse to specify the file to be

distributed.

• When you select Folder, select Browse to specify the folder that

includes the files to be distributed. Specify an Update interval setting

from 1 to 30 minutes for automatically switching display from one

image to the next.

• When you select Text, enter the message in the text box and select

any available style settings.

Select Start.

The images or text message you specified is projected by the selected

projectors or groups.

The projector immediately stops projection from other sources

and switches to the distributed content.

Select End to discontinue display of the distributed image or message.

Broadcasting a Message at a Specific Date and Time

You can distribute images or text messages to multiple projectors for

simultaneous display on those projectors at a specific date and time.

Select Tool from the menu bar and select Schedule.

Select Schedule Settings.

Select the projector or group that you want to receive the distributed

message.

Select Add.
