124 Solving Problems
Using On-Screen Help
If the image doesn’t look right or your audio isn’t working, you can
get help by pressing the
? Help button on top of the projector or on
the remote control.
1. Press the
? Help button on the remote control or on the
projector.
You see the Help Menu.
2. Use the pointer button on the remote control or the
navigational buttons on the projector to highlight menu items.
3. Press the
Enter button on the remote control or on the projector
to select the menu item.
4. To exit the help system, press the
? Help button.
If none of the suggestions solve your problem, see additional solutions
to problems in the following sections.
Checking Projector Status
If your projector isn’t working correctly, first turn it off, wait for it to
cool (the P
Power light stops flashing orange), and unplug it. Then
plug the power cord back in and turn on the projector. If this doesn’t
solve the problem, check the lights on top of the projector.
