User Definable Strings
A set of 255 User Definable Strings is at your disposal.
A common application is to program and store various printer control
commands, and send them to the printer using string references rather
than the commands themselves.
Please refer to the manual for your PC type printer for information on
ASCII printer commands.
Programming Strings
from a Terminal
Start the Configuration from Terminal as described on page 14.
Select the User Definable Strings entry in the Main Menu.
The User Definable Strings Menu is displayed:
