If you installed the NX510 Series on a wireless network, make sure that your computer and
the NX510 Series are both connected to the same network.
To view the NX510 Series network connection status, press Setup, select Network Settings,
then select Confirm Network Settings.
Problems Scanning From a Computer
The Scanner Software Does Not Work Properly
You Cannot Start Epson Scan
The Scanner Software Does Not Work Properly
Make sure your computer has enough memory and meets the other system requirements.
The scanner software may not work properly when your computer is in standby mode
(Windows) or sleep mode (Mac OS X). Restart Epson Scan and try scanning again.
The scanner software may not work properly if you upgraded your operating system but did
not reinstall Epson Scan.
You may need to upgrade Epson Scan. Check the web for driver updates.
You Cannot Start Epson Scan
Make sure your Epson printer is turned on.
Check the cable connection between your Epson printer and your computer to make sure it is
secure.
If you installed the NX510 Series on a network and are trying to scan in Mac OS X, you need
to configure network settings for Epson Scan before you can scan over the network.
The scanner software may not work properly when your computer is in standby mode
