1. Gently pull any jammed paper out from the output tray or sheet feeder.
2. If paper is stuck inside, turn off your Epson printer.
3. Lift the scanner, remove the jammed paper and torn pieces, lower the scanner, and turn the
printer back on.
Paper Does Not Eject or Ejects Wrinkled
• If the paper doesn’t eject fully, you may have set the wrong paper size. Press the Start
button, then open the scanner and remove the paper. Select the correct paper size when you
reprint.
• If it’s wrinkled when it ejects, the paper may be damp or too thin. Load new paper.
Memory Card Problems
Cannot View or Print Photos on Memory Card
Cannot Transfer Files To/From Computer and Memory Card
Cannot View or Print Photos on Memory Card
• Press the Memory Card button to view photos on your card.
• If you don’t see all the photos you expect to see, they may not be in JPEG format, or there
may be more than 999 photos on the card. Your Epson printer reads only the first 999 photos.
