Checking for Software Updates
Periodically, it’s a good idea to check Epson’s support website for free updates to your Epson
printers software. You can select Download the Latest Software from the Home screen of this
Users Guide or visit the driver download site for the Epson Stylus NX510 Series (U.S.
downloads or Canadian downloads).
With Windows, you can select Driver Update on the Maintenance tab in the printer settings
window. You can also click Start or , select Programs or All Programs, select EPSON, select
your printers folder, and select Driver Update.
Problem-solving Tools
You can often diagnose problems with your Epson printer by checking the messages on the
printers LCD display screen.
If that does not help you solve your problem, check for additional solutions.
If you need to determine if your Epson printer is operating properly, run a printer check.
If you need to reset all of your control panel settings to their default settings, press Setup, press
or to select Restore Default Settings, then press OK twice.
Check LCD Display Screen Messages
