Paper Size Settings - Copying

Select the Paper Size setting that matches the paper you loaded.

• Letter (8.5 × 11 inches [216 × 279 mm])

• A4 (8.3 × 11.7 inches [210 × 297 mm])

Copying Options

Select the copying options you want to use for your copies.

Note: Not all options or settings may be available, depending on other copying settings.

Copying option Available settings Description

Layout With Border Leaves a small margin around the image

ID Card Copy Copies both sides of an ID card onto one side of a letter- or

A4-size sheet of paper

Reduce/Enlarge Actual Size Copies at 100% size, unless you select a different

percentage as the Custom setting

Auto Fit Page Automatically sizes the image to fit the selected paper size

setting

Legal->Letter Automatically converts from legal-size to letter-size

Custom Automatically sizes the image by the percentage you select

as the Custom setting

Paper Size Various sizes Selects the paper size for the copy printout

Paper Type Plain Paper Adjusts printer settings for the selected paper type

Matte

Quality Standard Quality Provides good quality for most copies

Best Provides the highest quality for special copies

Draft Provides lower quality for draft copies

Copy Density Various levels Adjusts the lightness or darkness of copies
