Custom Paper Configuration
PURPOSE
When using the Epson driver and media all the parameters listed under the Custom Paper Configuration are auto-
matically preset for optimal results and should not require modification. Use the Paper Configuration for third party
media or when the pre configured media settings require customizing.
1. Custom Paper Configuration settings for media include:
• Drying Time per Print Head Pass
• Paper Feed Adjustment
• Paper Suction
• Cut Method
• Print Quality
• Color Density Adjustment
• Naming the Custom Paper Configuration
2. When the Custom Paper Configuration may be useful and which setting may help:
• When using Third Party media. - All
• Cutting issues with thin and very thin media. - Cut Method / Paper Suction
• Over saturated images. - Color Density Adjustment
• Vertical banding. - Color Density Adjustment / Paper Suction
• Widely spaced horizontal banding. - Drying Time per Print Head Pass
• Thin light or dark horizontal micro banding. - Paper Feed Adjustment
