Subject: Stylus Pro 7600/9600 Transportation and Storage Information

This bulletin was created to provide transportation and long term storage information for the Epson Stylus Pro 7600/9600 Ink Jet printers.

Transportation and Storage Preparation Information:

Transportation and Storage preparation of the Stylus Pro 7600/9600 printers can be performed in two ways depending on the

transportation or Storage requirement. This document will provide information for Transportation and Storage preparation for the

following two categories:

• Local Transportation without long term storage or the need to tilt the printer over 10 to 15 degrees during the move.

• Long Distance Transportation, Long Term Storage or situations where the printer may need to be tilted greater then 15

degrees during transportation.

This bulletin provides additional information and/or supersedes information in the earlier version of the User's Guide,

under “Preparing the Printer for Shipment” section. The instruction specify the need to contact EPSON and have a

service technician drain the inks before shipping the printer. For Local transportation this is Not a requirement.
