Handling Paper | 2-19
Using the Paper Hammock with the Printer
Stand
The paper hammock (also called the paper basket) is a cloth sheet that
attaches to the printer stand and catches your printouts as they come out.
This keeps the printouts from getting dirty or wrinkled. You can set up the
hammock either to catch the paper roll under the printer or let it feed
straight out in front of the printer.
•
To catch printouts in front of the printer, pull down the paper
hammock rod until it rests on the floor.
Note
When you print on thick
paper, set the hammock
to catch printouts in front
of the printer.
