Add Port
. You see the Printer Ports dialog box:

Local Port
, then click
New Port
. You see the Port Name dialog
box:
6. In the text box, type the following information:
\\name of computer that is connected to the printer\name of the shared
printer
Then click
OK.
7. Click
Close
to return to the Ports list.
8. Make sure the new port is added and the check box is selected. Then
click
OK
.
