Paper Jam Problems

Raise the roller protector and gently pull the paper out. If it
tears, make sure you remove any pieces remaining in the
printer.
4.
Lower the roller protector. Then reinstall the imaging cartridge.
5. Close both printer covers.
6.
After the READY message appears on the display, you can
resume printing.
