Installing the paper cassette

Locate the paper cassette opening on the right side of the printer.

Align the hooks on either side of the paper cassette with the slots

in the opening.

Insert the paper cassette into the printer in the direction of the

arrow on the side of the cassette. Push the cassette in until it

goes no further, then lower the right side of the cassette (the side

you insert paper into) until the cassette drops into place.

15. Now close the printer cover by pressing down on the ridged

area on the right side of the cover.

CAUTION: It is particularly important to lower the

cassette into place. If the paper cassette is not installed

properly, the control panel may display a PAPER

EMPTY

error.
