Back of paper gets

dirty.

Fusing roller is dirty Replace the fusing unit (fusing roller).

Transfer roller is dirty. Replace the transfer roller.

Paper path is dirty. Clean the paper path.

Low image density. No toner in the toner

cartridge.

Replace the toner cartridge.

OPC drum is at the end of

life.

Replace the drum cartridge.

Defective developing bias. Replace the high voltage unit (HV1).

Replace the main control board.

Foggy background. Defective developing bias. Replace the high voltage unit (HV1).
