Follow the flowchart below before starting to troubleshoot projector problems, and
proceed to the pertinent detailed flowchart (given on the next and subsequent pages).

* Check the operating
environment
(temperature and
condensation) and AC
input power.
* Try to replace input
devices (host computer
and video equipment)
and their cables.
* The problem may be
attributable to static
electricity. Check to
ensure that power cords
to the projector and input
devices are grounded
properly.
* Reconnect the interface
cables and internal
cables.
* If the problem still
persists, try replacing the
main board, driver board,
and interface unit.
Ensure cables are
connected correctly for
interface and internal
cables. Reconnect cable
if necessary.
