When an error occurs, an error message is displayed on your computer

screen. Check for your message and follow the instructions here to clear the

error.

Error Messages when Starting up EasyMP Network

Projection

Error Messages Remedy

Cannot start this ap-

plication while USB

Display is running.

Close USB Display and then start EasyMP Network

Projection.

Do one of the following to close USB Display:

• Windows: Discconnect the USB cable from the

projector.

• Mac OS X: Select Disconnect from the USB Display

icon menu on the menu bar or Dock, and then

remove the USB cable.

Cannot start this ap-

plication while Quick

Wireless Connection

is running.

Close Quick Wireless Connection and then start EasyMP

Network Projection.

To close Quick Wireless Connection, perform External

Device Removal from the icon on the task bar to

remove the Quick Wireless Connection USB Key from

the computer.

EasyMP Network

Projection initializa-

tion failed.

Restart EasyMP Network Projection. If the message is

still displayed, uninstall and then reinstall EasyMP Net-

work Projection.

Error Messages Remedy

Network adapter in-

formation could not

be obtained.

Check the following items.

• A network adapter is installed on the computer.

• The driver for the network adapter being used is

installed on the computer.

• The network adapter is enabled.

After checking, restart the computer and then restart

EasyMP Network Projection.

If you still cannot connect, check the network settings

on the computer and the network settings on the pro-

jector.

Cannot be used with

the current OS ver-

sion. Reinstall

EasyMP Network

Projection.

Reinstall EasyMP Network Projection.
