Lower the page separation lever after scanning.

Note:

When loading a photo or paper that is an irregular shape, use the carrier sheet (sold separately).

See the following for more information on placing the document in the carrier sheet.

❏ If the document is smaller than A4 size, insert it into the center of the carrier sheet with the side to be scanned facing

down.

❏ If the document is larger than A4 size, fold it in half so that the side to be scanned is facing out, with the right side at the

front.
