Status and Error Messages
This section contains an alphabetical list of the status, error, and
warning messages that appear in the LCD panel.
The paper source setting
may not be correct.
Make sure you have selected the
proper paper source in your
application software.
There may be no paper in the
paper cassette.
Load it with paper.
Too many sheets may be
loaded in the paper cassette.
Make sure that you have not tried to
load it with too many sheets of paper.
The cassette can hold a maximum of
500 sheets or 250 sheets of 75g/m²
(20lb) paper, depending on which
optional lower paper cassette unit is
installed.
The optional lower paper
cassette may not installed
properly.
