Paper Jam In Duplex
The Paper Jam In Duplex message appears when the paper is
jammed in the Duplex Unit.
Follow these steps to clear paper jams in the Duplex Unit.
1. Open the printer cover.
2. Open the top cover of the Duplex Unit. Be sure to remove any
pieces of paper that may have torn off or are remaining in the
printer.
3. Close the top of the Duplex Unit.
4. Open the lower cover of the Duplex Unit. Be sure to remove
any pieces of paper that may have torn off or are remaining
in the printer.
