Before you start configuring the interface card, be sure to press the status sheet button on the interface card for about three seconds to print a status sheet.

You can also use these commands with Windows 98, Windows 95, Windows 2000, or Windows NT, if you have correctly installed TCP/IP networking on these systems. The interface card and host must be in the same segment.

Note: In the following, we will assume that the MAC address of your interface card is 00:00:48:93:00:00 (hexadecimal), and that the IP address which you will be assigning is 192.168.100.201 (decimal).
