To perform the adjustment with a host computer, see Chapter 4,

Adjustments

START

Follow the printed instruction guide to select the

most closely aligned pattern.

Load/Eject

selects a

higher-numbered print pattern, and

LF/FF

selects a

lower-numbered one.

Turn the printer off to save the

settings.

END

Hold down the

Pause switch

and turn on the printer.

Finalize your selection by pressing the

Tear Off/Bin

switch, and the next

alignment pattern prints.

An instruction guide prints.

The first alignment pattern prints, consisting

of 25 numbered rows of sample output.

Note:

Each time you go through this cycle, you adjust

alignment at a different print speed, as follows:

1. High-speed draft mode

2. Draft mode

3. NLQ mode
