LF/FF Performs a line feed if pressed momentarily.
Performs a form feed if held down continously.
Micro feeds backward, when the micro-adjust function is
enabled.
Tear Off/Bin Advances continuous-feed paper to the tear-off position;
if pressed again, repositions the paper to top-of-form
(TOF).
Selects CSF bin 1 or CSF bin 2.
Operation at Power-On
To access these functions, the button indicated below must be pressed while turning on the printer.

Buttons Function
Load/Eject
Performs a self-test in NLQ mode.
LF/FF Performs a self-test in draft mode.
Load/Eject + LF/FF
Performs a data dump.
Pause + Tear Off/Bin
Clears the line counter (a value stored in the EEPROM,
used to indicate ribbon life).
Pause Performs a bidirectional adjustment.
Tear Off/Bin Activates the Mode 1 default setting function.
Tear Off/Bin + LF/FF Activates the Mode 2 default setting function.
Operation in the Default Setting Mode
When the printer is in the default setting mode, the panel buttons perform the functions shown below.

Tear Off/Bin Selects the setting to be adjusted from a printed menu.
Load/Eject Changes the setting’s value.
