When you have completed all measurements, remove the probe
assembly from the sample block and turn off the digital
thermometer.

Clean the oil from the sample block.

For the 16 Setpoint #1 measurements (95°C hold)
subtract the lowest measured temperature from the highest
measured temperature.

For the 16 Setpoint #2 measurements (40°C hold),
subtract the lowest measured temperature from the highest
measured temperature.
