Push the ink cartridge in firmly.
Match the color of the ink cartridge to the color of
the label on the back of the ink cover.

Important:
Install all ink cartridges into each slot. You
cannot print if any of the slots are empty.

Close the ink cover.
Replacing Maintenance Box
If the message No Enough Space is displayed, replace
the specified Maintenance Box.

Important:
Do not reuse maintenance boxes that have been
removed and left out in the open for a long period of
time. The ink on the inside will be dry and hard and
will be unable to absorb enough ink.
How to replace the Maintenance Box
The following shows the number of maintenance boxes
and the installation positions.
SC-P9500 Series: 2 (left and right)
SC-P7500 Series: 1 (right only)
Replace the Maintenance Box on the side with the Not
Enough Space message displayed. The replacement
procedure is the same for both sides. When you need to
replace both sides, repeat Steps 2 to 5.

Important:
Do not replace the Maintenance Box while printing.
Waste ink may leak.
Note:
You can replace the Maintenance Box while viewing the
procedure on the screen. To view the procedure on the
screen, touch MENU - Maintenance - Replace
Maintenance Box from the Home screen.

Remove the new maintenance box from the
package.

Remove the maintenance box without tilting it.
C
Place the used maintenance box in the clear bag
included with your new maintenance box, and
make sure that the zipper is closed tight.
