3. Change the settings as necessary:
• Make sure the Automatic file naming checkbox is selected if you want OCR to automatically
detect the subject and date and add them to the file name. You can enter a file name that will be
used if OCR cannot detect the subject.
• Select the OCR language.
• Select the date format.
4. Click Close.
