Changing the Clock Mode
You can set the current time using either the 12-hour or the 24-hour format.
1. Press the System button.
2. Select Admin Menu, and then press the
button.
3. Select System Settings, and then press the
button.
4. Select Clock Settings, and then press the
button.
5. Select Time Format, and then press the
button.
6. Select the desired format, and then press the
button.
7. To return to the top level of the System menu, press the Clear All button.
Sending a Fax
You can fax data from your printer.
Loading an Original Document on the ADF
Using the automatic document feeder (ADF), you can load up to 35 sheets of 75 g/m (20 lb) paper at a
time.
Note:
To get the best scan quality, especially for gray scale images, use the document glass instead of the ADF.
