If AUTO is selected, the IP address will
be assigned automatically.

Select whether or not the DNS server
address is automatically assigned by
the DHCP server.

Specify the DNS server address (up to
three addresses).
The default setting is “0.0.0.0”.

If there is a DHCP server on the net-
work, specify whether the IP address
and other network information is auto-
matically assigned by the DHCP server.
BOOTP

If there is a BOOTP server on the net-
work, specify whether the IP address
and other network information is auto-
matically assigned by the BOOTP
server.
ARP/PING
Setting

Select whether or not the ARP/PING
command is used when the IP address
is assigned.
