3. Remove the printhead. To remove the ribbon mask, use tweezers to pull it
slightly toward the front of the printer and then lift it up.

Reinstall the printhead.
5. Move the head adjust lever to the second position and move the paper release
lever to the tractor position.
6. Manually move the carriage to column 10.
