3. Select Software Update Control Panel entry and press the Start function key.

The software version currently installed and the software version on the storage medium are displayed.

4. Press the Update function key to start the update. You can cancel the operation using the Restart

function key.

The update may take several minutes. Afterwards, the control panel will automatically restart.

8.7 Transferring programs from the Mastercycler 533x

PCR programs established on the Mastercycler (5333) or the Mastercycler gradient (5331) can easily be

transferred to the Mastercycler pro without first having to optimize the temperatures and hold times.

 Enter the program into the Mastercycler pro editor:
