Multidispense
mode is not allowed
when elution from
filter is selected

Transfer volume
must be set to zero
when the elution
from filter
parameter has been
selected
Using the elution from filter
option, the complete volume
contained in the filter plate
wells is always aspirated;
therefore, editing a volume to
be transferred is not possible.
 Set the volume to zero
because the entry will not
have an effect in the
application run.
