12.1.3.2 Creating a user account
Create a user account for each user. Each user name can only be used once. Deleted user names cannot be
used again.

Prerequisites
• epBlue is started.
• You are now logged in as administrator.
• The Settings area is open.
1. Select the Account > Edit tab.
2. Select Create Account.
The Create Account window appears.
3. Enter the user name.
4. Enter the password into the Password and Confirm fields.
If the content of the Password and Confirm fields differs, an error message appears.
5. Enter the expiry date of the account into the Valid until field.
6. Enter the date until which the account is to be disabled into the Disabled until field.
7. Activate the radio button for the user group in the Group area.
8. Press the Create Account button.
The user account is created. The user name appears in the Account > Overview tab. In the Application
Editor a folder is created for the user.
