7.3 Belt Replacement
To replace the drive belt of the shaker:
1. Allow sufficient time for the water bath to cool, then open the DRAIN VALVE and
allow the bath to drain. Close the DRAIN VALVE and remove the drain hose if
attached.
2. Remove the PLATFORM (if equipped), DRIVE ARMS, KNOBS and LOCKWASHERS.
3. Remove the eight Phillips head screws (see Figure 11) and lift the water bath
assembly from the unit just far enough to allow movement. Do not remove the
water bath assembly entirely from the unit.

WARNING!
Always turn off the shaker and disconnect the power cord from the
power supply before changing the belt.

authorized service technician.
