9.6.1 Definition of the detection limit
The detection limit is the fluorophore concentration at which the signal that is corrected by the background
is equal to three times the standard deviation of the background noise.
When 1 flash per well is selected, the plate compartment does not stop at the measuring position. The
detection limit can be improved with more flashes per well, but the total measurement time will be longer.
