8.6.2 Test instructions, upper fluorescence
The following tests can be conducted on the device to check the device specifications for this measuring
procedure:
• Sensitivity
• Precision within a plate
• Precision from one measurement to the next
Sensitivity
Conduct the measurement with the following settings to determine the detection limit for fluorescein.
Pipette 200 µL of 1 nM fluorescein or the blank solution (0.01 M NaOH) into the corresponding wells
according to the plate layout below.
